A cutting-edge facility implemented in the historical building ''New Katy hotel'' located in Downtown Waco, Pivovar is immediately next door to the famous Magnolia Silos. The project was initially driven by a traditional Czech brewery, specialized for bottom fermented Czech Pilsner lagers. As time went on, other complementary businesses were added. The final form of the Pivovar project features a brewery, restaurant, biergarten, hotel and beer spa. A unique atrium in the middle of the building connects all parts of the building where traditional beer culture is present.

Our restaurant provides an exceptional and immersive environment by bringing together our unique beer and a mixed menu combining European and Texan flavors, to create a one-of-a-kind, progressive, and adventurous experience.
Hotel
The ambiance of our boutique hotel provides a distinctive experience! You can enjoy a luxury environment overlooking magnificent beer technology. The hotel is a great choice for tourists, families, wedding guests, and beer lovers with a dream to stay overnight at a gorgeous brewery. The perfect location in the downtown Silos District makes everything accessible and within walking distance.
Beer garden
Beer gardens are a beloved tradition in Central Europe - they are part of the beer culture and are places where people meet during hot summer days to enjoy each other's company alongside delicious beer and food. Building a traditional brewery requires having a beer garden next to it. Pivovar's beer garden is one of the city's largest outdoor hangouts and acts as an inviting place for anyone who enjoys socializing over beer, food, or perhaps delicious espresso paired with our baked goods. It is a family friendly environment overlooking Magnolia market. Go for a walk around downtown or ride your bicycle in Cameron Park but make sure you finish your adventure at Pivovar to keep your body properly hydrated!
Beer spa
The beer spa experience consists of two parts. The first part is soaking in a private Beer Bath for two. In the second part you are invited to relax - and of course enjoy more beer from Pivovar production. For the best results, bathers should not shower within 12 hours of the experience. It is recommended that those with healthy immune systems repeat this procedure once a month, if not more often.
Health benefits
Beer yeast is one of the primary reasons why beer spa procedures are so beneficial for complete contentment of our bodies. It is a fantastic source of skin nutrients that smooths wrinkles and provides overall hydration. It provides essential vitamin B, carbohydrates, and proteins. Beer yeast is also a rich source of organic iron, essential amino acids, phosphatides, sterols, enzymes, and other bioactive nutrients. It helps in treatment of hepatitis, and it is an ideal supplement for running increased physical and mental activity. It is beneficial for regeneration of intestinal microflora, which is necessary to maintain a strong immune system. Additionally- drinking beer during the procedure promotes mental relaxation. Hop extracts have antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. The hops also have cleansing effects and can soothe skin irritation. Vitamins contained in beer are great for preventing skin disorders and promoting skin regeneration.
History of Beer Spa
Beer spas were introduced four-thousand years ago in India. The beneficial effects of the spa on the human body were already known by the ancient Chinese and Egyptians. The history of beer dates back to the 7th century BC when, apparently accidentally, it was discovered by ancient Sumerians after cultivated corn was poorly stored and the principle of fermentation was invented. The combination of beer and spa is officially known from the Middle Ages when knowledge of the beneficial effects resulting from bathing in beer was discovered. During this time, they discovered the preventive effects of beer and beer spa baths.
