Pivovar is cutting-edge facility implemented in the historical building "New Katy hotel" located in Downtown Waco, immediately next door to the famous Magnolia Silos.

If a reservation is not cancelled and is not used, the reservation will be considered a "No Show" and a penalty fee for the total room rate and tax will be charged. If you have booked via a third party (booking platforms, travel agent etc.) the cancellation policies may vary and should be stated by the third party.

Hotel Information

Payment: A deposit of the first night will be charged at booking. The rest of the stay will be collected at check in.

Front Desk and Check In: Our front desk staff are available 24/7 for your convenience. Check in is 4:00PM to 12 midnight. Early check in may be guaranteed by purchasing the accommodation the night before and notifying us of your planned arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. Early check in that has not been guaranteed by purchasing the accommodation the night before is based on availability at the time of arrival. Late checkout fees vary.

What time is checkout at the hotel? Is late checkout possible? Please check out of your room by 11:00 am. If you'd like a later checkout time, please arrange for late checkout with our front desk. Depending on availability, a late checkout may or may not be able to be accommodated. A fee may apply.

Is there an age minimum for check-in? Guests must be a minimum of 18 years of age to reserve or occupy accommodations. A legal parent or guardian must be present at all times to supervise guests less than 18 years of age.

In order to care for other guests who may be allergic to pets and to keep our facilities in the best possible condition, we ask that you avoid bringing your pet into any Pivovar hotel room or facility. Service animals are welcome.

Is smoking allowed at the hotel? In accordance with local ordinances, Pivovar is a smoke-free facility. If you need to step out for a smoke break, please exit the facility to do so. Smoking is not permitted inside any area of the hotel or within 15 feet of the entrance, exit, or any other enclosed area. Cleaning fees apply.
